點解DISPLAY CARD會分為PCI同埋AGP

pci / agp / pci-e, 都是主板連接功能卡的連接介面,大約就同一般電器插頭插蘇一樣,舊時用圓頭兩腳,後來轉為圓頭三腳,再轉後方頭三腳
同樣,連接主板都需要一個插蘇頭一樣,當然那個插蘇頭不單指外型不同
AGP 本身設計只用於顯示卡之上, 已算過期產品, 最近的是 pci-e
PCI 並無專屬設計,任何功能卡,也可以做成 PCI 介面,例如 pci sound card, pci display card, pci s-ata card 等等
pci-e 設計提高了多方面功能,例如傳送資料最大流量,速度等,不同速度的 pci-e (x1 / x4 /x8 /x16) ,資料流量也不同,也可提供不同的功能卡的需要

to the end user, their bandwidth is different.
pci will be much lower than agp 8x
And the slot is different in electronic character, cannot be confused.
If you face the motherboard, the white one will be pci slot, the brown on will be agp slot.
