Shibuya 109 is mostly shopping for teenage female -- prices are not too high, but the quality about as good as what you'll find in Mongkok or Causeway Bay (island Beverly). Parco has 5 stores in Shibuya, and the stores are basically shops rented to individual brands that you'll find all over tokyo. Seibu is more the traditional department store set-up. If you have not been there before, you should go just to see the crowd and walk around the area for sight-seeing (especially at night when all the giant tv screens around the Shibuya crossing is on)... As to real shopping, it's less crowded to find similar things in Ikebukuro (right ontop of the JR station)... they even have a new Beams there now. Harajuku is also a nice walk, but very crowded on weekends.
