交易紀錄不是即時能傳回八達通中心，
致電2266 2222，
選擇語言後，按「1, 1, 0」，
聯絡客戶服務主任，
他們能話你知，
張卡大約用過的記錄，
但看不到買過咩的，
因為只會知你去過邊個商戶買野，
同埋時間及買左幾錢野。
如你的是普通八達通卡，即就咁係鐵路站買的，
就只能在鐵路站的客戶服務中心，
找一部閱讀器，
把卡放上去一會，
會show 出最近十次的交易記錄，
你可以看到時間、商戶及價錢。
