Contractor(分判工/承判商/承建商),負責工程之建做, 安裝, 通常under Main contractor(總承建商)

Consultant (顧問公司), 負責工程之設計, 監察.

Relationship :

1.) Client offer money for project,
2.) and empoy Consultant to create design,
3) then Contractor to proceed with the work in accordance with the design from Consultant.
