香港特區的財政儲備超過一萬三千億港元，是世間少有的富裕政府。
而且，大部份的財政年度，通常都有數百億的財政盈餘。
為甚麼香港政府不願意投資於教育開支？例如：小班教學、成人教育、免費幼稚園教育或十二年免費教育………. 等等？
是否有意製造劣質的香港下一代？易於獨裁統治？
或者有其他不可告人的政治目的？

政府要考慮香港全面的發展。香港有多少的學生？
香港政府一但投資於教育開支，全港學生也要同樣得益，這樣可花費龐大，政府的財政儲備也不能支持吧！

it is not for local hongkong people education !
HK receive sooooo many benefit from china . ( e.g. Li ka shxxx , Li sui keX earn sooooo much money from china ) .
