'close your eye' means 閉上你的眼睛
廣東話口語係 "瞇埋眼" / "瞌埋眼"

(1) Close your eye:
Written: 閉上你的眼睛/合上眼睛
Spoken(cantonese): 合埋眼/瞇埋眼/瞌埋眼/

(2)吉住對眼:
means that something had entered into your eyes (like dust,sand,eyelashes etc.) and this caused pain in your eyes, like sth "吉住" (which stands for pointing/hurting)
