Chem:
Remember the formulae for important reactions, such as reactivities of metals and rusting. Also you need to know the atomic sturcture of various atoms as they are very popular in examinations. Reading your textbook once should give you concrete concepts to be learned in this subject.

Bio:
This is quite a challenging subject. However you can do better by revising major concepts and the stucture of various organs (e.g. how photosynthesis work, about cells and types of living things [5 kingdoms]). Do some questions on such topics if available. I think you should allocate more time on that, and if possible, you may refer to the suggested answers of your first term examination to familiarize the techniques in answering questions. (Bio is demanding in which you can get marks only if you can answer exactly the words/phrases/ideas in the marking scheme).

I think you can allot your time in the ratio phy:chem:bio = 5 days: 10 days :15 days (or 1:2:3) if you really want to revise only these three subjects in 30 days. But I think you should also allot some time for other subjects!
