my friend can't open file which I sent to her

last day I send a word file to my girl friend she said she can't open that file, please tell me what happen to that? it was a new word file just wrote >store and send, how come it can not open when she got it? is that problem of her P C.? HELP PLEASE!

You can try to send her with WordPad file and ask her to transfer the orginal file to word file. Or should check the MS word have been installed yet, as i know the word file should be comportable for all MS word version.

佢係咪冇install到MS office呀.....如果佢部腦冇word,咁咪開唔倒囉.....
