Pls help, Motorola E6 question

I am thinking of buying the moto E6. Could someone pls advise if it can go to all website like the O2 phones. In my understanding, if I go to the internet through a cell phone, I can only go to limited website (usually only the website for the service provider). Could you tell me if it can browse common website like hotmail, yahoo or ebay just like PDA phone? Thanks very much for your help.

我之前用開a1200,諗住買番pda phone,元旦去買左E6,功能好好用,MP3靚聲,又唔駛裝跟機CD,USB直插電腦已經認到,a1200 張T-FLASH CARD唔穩定,有時會讀唔到.E6相機quality good,夠光,,但我用左幾日,發覺講電話成日窒下窒下(行緊o既時候),我d朋友話完全聽唔到,好似cd機跳線咁,但如果我坐定定就講好耐都無問題,初初諗住可能係之前台灣地震影響電訊網絡,同我老公交換用佢都係咁,我轉番用a1200完全無事,因為我買左十日,dealer唔換機比我,唯有拎去維修,mo記佢話呢部新model,未有得整,跟住就換部新機比我,點知新機都係咁,依家要擺底比motorola check幾日,用住佢地借比我o既機,我電話d行事曆無哂,好唔開心
