食完必理痛傷風感冒熱飲，一小時後再食幸福傷風素，有害嗎，會中毒嗎？

Haha! You will not 中毒 just by doing that but a person should not have more than 4000mg of paracetamol in 24 hours. Otherwise, they might have acte liver failure.
Therefore, if you accidentally took 4000mg ( about 8 tablets depends on which brand) in one go, then you need to rush to hospital in 4 hours to have antidote. If you are later than 4 hours of taking this medicine, then you will have liver failure in 24 hours and not much cure can the DR offer you too!!
