我痛..
位置係腰對下 盤骨對上....左邊..
大力按下o個個位d骨有小小痛..
佢令我成日o個個位都有d 好緊既feel...但係實則邊個位有事我又搵唔到..
好怕唔知有咩事....ddoctor好屎.成日要搞幾個月先正式check你有冇事..
所以都係想聽聽大家d 意見同經驗!!
大家有冇試過盤骨對上小小冇lala痛?(20分!)

如果你係坐骨神經痛,我就試三次
因為我做完腰椎穿刺,之後痛到連坐都坐唔到
幾日都係咁
醫生講係沒有事,應該是你過度緊張,放鬆一下

i have this experience before.....
the same with yours.....
but after some times ,its not painful anymore!!
i dun no why, but i do not c doctors!!!
