甜忌廉打發方法一問

想好似整到蛋糕店咁滑既,
係咪要加入牛奶同糖架?
分量是多少呢
我已經買左一盒甜忌廉(1000ml)
如整一個6吋cake要用多少份量呢?

抱歉..英文唔識睇..sor 打法無問題, 但我聽人講如果想滑d可以加入牛奶 請問糖要加多少呢(若500ml) 我要整夾心(中間都要搽架~) thx ^^

如果你本身買既係甜忌廉
咁就唔使再加糖
唔係會甜過頭

甜忌廉大約打到8分企身
即係好似軟雪糕咁就差唔多

打得過火D忌廉會好杰
到時就好難抹上蛋糕到架啦
而且口感會無咁軟滑

Use a egg mix to beat the cream so it stands. If you add milk to the cream, it would make it more watery so you would need to beat the cream in a higher power and for longer. If you are only using cream for layering the cake, you wouldn't need that much cream; just enough to layer your cake. But if you are covering your cake in cream, you might need a bit more; for 6" you can use about 300ml or less as it thickens.
