if you want to have local race, you can go the hong kong cycling assication(HKCA) web site, you can download the race form up there, then sent ot or fax it the HKCA. the cost of a race is 20$ if you are a member of HKCA. the membership fee is 50$ per year.

i hope i can see you in the few local race.
