How can be a Charter Psychologist??

Hi, if I got a scientist degree (BSc). What is the quickest way to be a charter psychologist? What kind of subjects or courses that I need to be taken? How is the career prospect for Psychologist in HK? Pls comment. I just have a great interest to study this subject and want to be a professional for that!! Million of thanks.

Take the postgrad psycology course(either diploma or cert) offered by CUHK, HKU or cityu, which equivalent to a degree, then study master of clinical psy, and gain some relevent work expereince so that u can register to HKPS...and open clinic in hong kong only, for overseas, most require a doctor in clin psych.
