- abnormal personality (abnormal: 不正常的, 反常的 ; personality: 性格),
- aberrant personality (aberrant: 畸變的;異常的),
- abnormal/aberrant psychological problem/illness (psychological: 心理的; problem: 問題; illness: 疾病)
- insane (瘋狂的, 精神病的, 精神錯亂的, 變態的)

*(I won't suggest to use " mental illness ". It is because " mental " can be described as 精神的 or 心理的, but it is more commonly used as 精神的. People might think " mental illness " is 精神病 more than 心理病.
To be simpler, " insane " is commonly used in most cases.)
