陰莖龜頭有兩個尿道口, 是不是有問題

In normal case, male have only one 尿道口.
one 尿道 carry one 尿道口
two then two.
but in biological point of view, it is abnormal if there are more than one 尿道口.

It is better to refer the case of Doctor.
