Princess Diana Spencer’s death occurred in Paris France, on August 31, 1997. She died in a car accident, while being chased by paparazzi.
But how did she die, the condition of Diana was at first considered serious until the surgeons discovered that her coronary artery was ruptured. The surgeons then changed her condition to grave. Princess Diana died after two hours in surgery at 4:00 am. It was 4 hours after the car had crashed. The doctors didn’t actually announce her death until 4:30 am. Princess Diana was 36 years old at the time of her death.
The high-speed accident caused many injuries to Princess Diana. The extent of her injuries were head injuries, broken arm, serious leg injuries, chest injuries including broken ribs, and ruptured coronary artery. A doctor reported that Princess Diana suffered a heart attack due to the lack of blood.

Cause of the car accident:
1. Drunken driver, their driver Henri Paul, blood analysis shows that Henri Paul was drunk while driving prior to the accident. Tests confirmed that original postmortem blood samples were from driver Henri Paul, and that he had three times the French legal limit of alcohol in his blood.

2. Paparazzi killed Diana - speeding, photographs of speeding cars (more to the point, of their occupants) are notoriously difficult to obtain at night; besides, the windows of the Mercedes were heavily tinted. Nor did any of these men wish to risk their lives by edging their bikes close to a speeding vehicle.

3. CONSPIRACY THEORIES - The Queen did it. Or maybe it was M.I.6, the British secret service.

Points to ponder on
* A senior source has stated that at least six MI6 officers were stationed in the British Embassy in Paris on the weekend of the crash. At least one MI6 officer was detailed to follow Diana and Dodi after they arrived from their holiday in Sardinia (The People, 9th November 1997).
* It should be noted that the US National Security Agency had confirmed that Diana was the subject of monitoring at this time. Plus, ex-MI6 agent, Richard Tomlinson (a former member of the SAS) had confirmed that Diana was being monitored by the UK security service in France, and that MI6 paid a "long standing informant" at the Ritz Hotel in Paris.
