請問金融業中的DEALER是如何揾客?

Cold Call is NOT ALLOWED and it is illegal in finance industry.
Company WILL NOT provide potential customers to dealer.
Dealer is a person who execute the trades but not searching for clients,it is different from broker. Although some dealers act as brokers as well, they will look for clients in this case.

Of course Trader need to look for client.
月薪制 and 佣金制 are also not for Trader.
Trader earn money by profit sharing, once they helped the company to earn certain amount of money, then they can get certain percentage of that sum.

DEALER 係負責落盤﹐唔洗揾客個wor﹐公司會提供比你。

TRADER 當然要揾客啦﹐通常都係佣金制+小小月薪。
