Peanut Butter contain high content on Hydrogenated fatty acid.........which is worse than animal butter........but most dietian include it inside the meal plan....dont worried..always they recommend 1 teaspoon.......not too much is ok..........
In Nutrition view, always said.........eat variety of food and moderate....because different food contain different kinds and types of nutrients........eat moderate not excess is ok....
