Tomato is a healthy food, it won't exert harmful effect if eaten daily.
However, too much intake of vitamin C will cause dieases.

甚么東西吃得太多都反劾果的.你至好換菜心..西蘭花蚝油甚至椰菜花.
蛋你每天一个.只是蛋白.一支鲜奶再加菜...弟2天瘦‧肉菜.弟.3魚鳼菜
