1. Pls. double check the spelling if it is Clement Dieux Caperot or Clement Vieux Caperot. But for sure it is neither from the Grand Cru nor Premier Grand Cru of the Saint-Emilion 2006 Classifications. And it is not from the 1st growth.
a) 1999 Clement Vieux Caperot could be found here at about HK$210 ea. (sold at U.K.). Nothing personal, for Bordeaux at this price range, pls. do not have high hope on it.
2002 Conn Creek Cabernet Sauvignon Limited Release, Napa Valley is current selling at about US$20-$25(street price). And you can find it here. This is a quite decent Napa wine for this price range.
b) To keep it in good condition, you need to leave it in dark room, cool area with some but not a lot of moisture. For detail storage information, pls. refer to my other answers here:

c) To be honest, taste is a very personal thing. Different people could perceive taste in a very different way. To me, Cabernet Sauvignon is less bold when compare with Cab Franc. Cab Franc is more bold in structure, a lot more stronger in flavor and got a more distinct character. If you are not a experience drinker, Cab Franc can really "knock" your taste buds out. That's why Cab Franc is seldom being use to make wine straight, but rather use it to serve as a "taste agent" for Cabernet base or Merlot base wine. Most of the Bordeaux style wine only use 5 to 10% Cab Franc due to it's strong aroma/flavor and grape character.
Conn Creek is one of the few wineries who make wine by using Cab Franc as base.
