夜尿是甚形成?是否中年人最易有夜尿?入睡後約2~3小時要起身疴一次尿是否很嚴重?
睡前飲水或喝大量啤酒是否做成多夜尿?点医?會否影响性能力?

夜尿多當心疾病信號

 一般人夜尿次數約一~二次,甚至不排尿,若夜間排尿4~5次以上,且尿比重偏低,即俗稱夜尿。

 在睡前若非食物、飲用過量的水等所引起的夜尿,應慎防可能是心功能不全、糖尿病、尿崩症、腎臟病變等疾病。

而隨著年齡的增長、腎臟老化,老年人也較容易出現夜尿的情況,平時宜在晚上8點以後,少喝水。


夜尿的原因很多,包括有:
1、年齡:年齡越大,女性荷爾蒙缺乏,因而膀胱和尿道的上皮萎縮,膀胱功能和容量皆退化,同時老人的內分泌亦改變,如減少抗利尿荷爾蒙,因而導致夜尿。
2、生育次數:生育在兩胎或更多,較未生育過和生育只有一次的較易有夜尿的現象,可能因懷孕對內分泌和神經系統影響,以及生產的受傷引起。
3、心理和生理因素:如睡前喝水、喝咖啡和酒,或有憂鬱症和焦慮等易夜尿。
4、潛伏性的疾病:包括糖尿病、尿崩症、尿道感染、癌症、鬱血性心臟衰竭、高血壓和慢性腎衰竭等,皆可發生夜尿。
5、睡眠改變:如失眠、白天睡眠較多等。
6、膀胱疾病:如間質性膀胱炎和膀胱肌肉不穩定等,膀胱功能和容量皆受影響。
7、神經性疾病:如巴金氏症、多發性硬化症和老人痴呆症等。
8、阻塞性睡眠呼吸停止:佔2﹪左右,因缺氧使抗利尿荷爾蒙改變而有夜尿。


改善夜尿有方法


1. 晚飯後,不要喝太多水。

2. 早睡早起,養成規律的生活習慣。

3. 利用簡易指壓、及健身操改善夜尿。

4. 堅持做適量運動,有助氣血流暢,對改善夜尿情況大有裨益。

5. 調節情志,以免因生活及工作壓力大而導致氣滯血瘀,引發各種疾病;患病者則應有長期治療的心理準備。

6. 熱水坐浴或會陰部熱敷,有助促進前列腺的血液循環,減輕症狀。

7. 避免忍尿,以免加重病情。

nocturia = frequent urine at night
many kind of causes

we usually measure severity by wake up how many times each night rather than when in the night
it is worsened definitely by drinking (any fluids) before sleep

common causes include
kidney disease - can be caused by another whole lot of diseases but namely diabetes and heart problems
other is known in males only : prostate problems, usually occurs later in life (eg > 50yr)
also in females, esp after vaginal delivery

simple measures to avoid that usually starts with restricting water/ fluids intake at night
that doesn't mean drink less... still keep to 2L /day but do it in daytime
avoid drinks with diuretic (produce more urine) effects - eg alcohol/ coffee/ tea

nocturia itself is not likely to affect sexual functions
but the causes of it may affect that
eg diabetes or heart problems causing damage to kidney to give rise to nocturia can also affect sexual function
