UK student plans to marry a HK girl, how to apply the marriage visa?

I am from HK and my fiancé is British and lives in the UK. We have been together since I went on a study year to UK. We plan to get marry so that we can be together. The only problem is my fiancé is still a student. And is thinking to do a master. So has no real wage for another few years at least. Will it still be okay to get the visa? Or is there another way?

For all you lot which are paranoid out there.Thinking England is cramped, maybe you should look where you lot are moving to first. When daddy and mummy buys houses in Spain.And just marry him and sort the issues later.
Make sure you live in London though as out side you get retards.

you want to get legal suggestion,see an immigration legal specialist,yet you could't get married on a student visa,you've to go back on your u . s . a . and the guy you'll marry has to practice for a spousal visa,he has to educate he can assist you without going for any advantages and he must be earning a minimum of £18,000 a 12 months,so if he's a student he received't be able to marry you and produce you decrease back into the country,at the same time as your student visa expires you've to flow homestead.

Your bf will be your sponsor he will have to provide for you as you will have no recourse to public funds.
He will aslo need a house of his own, not shared with other people.
His income must be such that he is able to take care of both himself and you.
Your best bet is to try and sneak in on the back of a lorry.
That way the government will bend over backwards to bestow on you all the wealth and property they can muster.

Where are you getting married HK or here - it's different depending on what you do.
Your partner will need to prove that he can support you financially without funds.
