CityU Scope DMS Vs HKU Space ADMS

bms will be relaunch, but it takes year to be relaunch.

even you have finished ADMS, Scope still offer you some exceptions for you. some of my frrend transfer to CityU Scope bachelor with few exemption. they transfer becuase HKU ADMS is comparatively difficult than Scope.
