1. 請問現在有沒有大公司聘請兼職management trainees?
2. 是否所有大公司的management trainees都需要面對通宵工作的挑戰?
3. 在接受大公司的management trainees面試時,我如果表現謙遜一些,受取錄的機會會否大一些? 例如我說請給我一個受訓機會; 或是少說自己過去的工作經驗等。

大公司 give only full time management trainee positions, because they intend to keep them for years as a next generation of managers.

If a company is recuriting "兼職 management trainees", they are just trying to fool you by giving you a cheap paid job with a beautiful job title.

Of coures not, many companies do not have any 通宵工作 by its business nature. So it very much depends on which company you are applying.

3. 在接受大公司的management trainees面試時,我如果表現謙遜一些,受取錄的機會會否大一些?

Generally speaking, be more 謙遜 when you are dealing with a British and European company. For American companies you need to be more aggressive and proactive, or you will be kick out of an interview within minutes.

You may come across a British interviewr in an American company. Still the company culture is dominated, but then you will to adjust your presentative skillfully.

If you are too young to judge style of the interviewer, just be yourself and you will be fine.

例如我說請給我一個受訓機會

It is not a smart discussion topic. The company is surely offering training opportunities when they are recruiting "trainees". You should take the time to talk about how you like learning new things and working with different people from all walks of life... etc.

或是少說自己過去的工作經驗等。

You can talk about that if those experience help to illustrate your personality and capability. You being a trainee candidate. No recruiter is expecting you to bring in a wealth of experience from previous job(s).

大公司聘兼職management trainees 相信機會很微,小公司有可能,因為薪水較低

當然不是,通宵工作可能只是某個特別行業
3. 在接受大公司的management trainees面試時,我如果表現謙遜一些,受取錄的機會會否大一些? 例如我說請給我一個受訓機會; 或是少說自己過去的工作經驗等。
謙遜當然好,但過份謙遜就是沒有自信心,切記。少說自己過去的工作經驗,是一個錯誤,你過去的工作經驗絕對代表你的exposure,任何公司不會只給薪水來訓練你,你必須有貢獻。
