今日同朋友討論起"骨",
1.) 請問心口位置(約於肺中間)果塊是否"鎖骨"??
2.) 聽說如果這塊骨被重創的話, 可能會因這塊骨陷入而壓著甚麼支氣管還是肺部, 導致窒息而重則死亡。請問是否真有其事??
3.) 承上題, 大約要用力/衝擊到甚麼程度才會導致以上情況?? (這題是關鍵, 請多多舉例以便明白。)
4.) 再承上題, 假若是一個高度約為160cm高, 體重約為50kg, 不高不肥, 的中三男學生, 以全身之力(這很難衡量, 假設以每出一拳前計算) 向一名約同等身材的男生短時間內連發3至4拳, 其實理論上會不會造成以上的傷害?? (這我也知道力度會因人而異, 但本人絕非在開玩笑的, 所以請務必也嘗試作答。)
5.) 再承上題, 假若該名男生受到以上攻擊後沒有出現窒息現象(當然不想有人吧...xx"), 但也喘氣, 及連續咳嗽了約大半個小時, 這會否是內傷??
6.) 再承上題, 這個傷害會帶給該名男生一些甚麼短期, 和長遠的影響嗎??

1是鎖骨！是胸骨柄、胸骨体和劍突2是的！
3胸部損傷分為開放性及閉合性两大類！多于暴力擠壓、冲撞或打擊
胸部所致！一般來講、第4---7肋骨較長且固定、常昜折斷。
4照你所說、很有可能造成胸骨骨折！但具体要根据病情及症狀才能决定！
5他除了咳嗽及喘氣之外、尚有無其他症狀！他咳嗽時有疼痛嗎？
有無照X光片？有看医生嗎？事情發生有多久？我才能判斷其他！
6短期精神上有困擾是有的！長期要有賴於思想和肉体無恙才能决定。
7他既沒有告訴家長！應該沒有大問題！須緊張！
8既沒有大的損害、現在又無妥的話！有沒有治療問題大！
你們要多多開解于他！當成一個教訓便是！年青人一時冲動、打架
時有發生。最好知會肇事者父母！共同解决。

1) no 鎖骨 should be the bones attaching to the bone u mention to shoulder region
when u feel from shoulder down to chest
the first bone u hit is 鎖骨
the bone u mention should be sternum : 胸骨/ 劍骨
2) yes.. theoretically
but more importantly the heart and all the big blood vessels is right behind this bone
so u can guess everything else
but this bone is also very hard
unless very heavy impact and concentrated on it
otherwise the surrounding ribs will fracture first... that will cause injury to lung/ liver and spleen
3) usually in high speed road traffic accidents (ie car collision), fall from height (like people trying to kill themselves from jumping) with the incident of direct focused blow
(eg jump and got hit right on the middle of chest with an end of those hanging bamboos)
4) very unlikely
5) likely nothing
6) likely no
7) most likely yes, time like a deep bruise to heal
8) unlikely difference
short term maybe can feel less worried as he will know if anything/ nothing is wrong
and usually some ointment to quicken bruising to go away and lessen the pain
