available係adj~前面要用verb to be，即係is, am, are, 唔可以用do
即係：are you available?
通常用作「你得唔得閑?」
多數問人係唔係到都用"Are you here?" 會natural d~

li 個係informal english，即係口語英文，日常講野可以用，但唔可以用於作文
formal english 應該係"Do you get it?" / "Did you get it?"

3.我食完飯後沖個涼再搵你.
i will call you after the lunch and take a shower.
其實你話"沖完涼再搵你"，"I will call you (back) after taking a shower"會好d~無咁長氣~
不過你真係想講晒2樣野，而又natural d ge話應該係："I'll call you (back) after having my lunch and taking a shower."

你係唔係到呀?
are you there? OR are you available in the morning/in the afternoon?

聽唔聽到呀?
can you hear me?
did you get it?
