怎樣才可以將西式pancake轉成中式pancake呢?

中式pancake(薄罉)

材料:麵粉  2杯
   水   3杯
   雞蛋  1隻 
   牛油  少許
   砂糖  少許
做法:麵粉,水,雞蛋及砂糖倒於大碗中攪拌成麵粉槳
  (麵粉最好篩一下,雞蛋可以只下蛋白)
   燒熱易潔鑊,下少許牛油,用餐紙將牛油刷勻
   將適量麵粉槳下鑊,盡量攤薄
   兩面煎香
   盛起,塗上牛油,焦糖或花生醬(隨意)卷起或對摺即成
中式pancake(Mandarin Pancakes)

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 to 1 cup boiling water, as needed
3 tablespoons sesame oil, or as needed

PREPARATION:
In a large bowl, add the boiling water to the flour and begin stirring it in immediately. Knead the warm dough until you have a smooth dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Turn the rested dough out onto a floured surface.
西式pancake(hot cake)
Spring Onion Hotcake

INGREDIENTS:

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup self rising flour
1 cup boiling water
2 teaspoons oil
2 spring onions (scallions, green onions), washed and thinly diced (or as you like)
a bit of oil to brush on pancakes
a bit of salt to sprinkle on pancakes during frying

PREPARATION:
Combine the 2 flours in a large bowl. Slowly pour the boiling water into the flour and begin stirring immediately. Wait a few minutes and then stir in the oil. Cover the dough and let it sit for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, wash and dice the spring onions.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
其實使用既材料係差不多既, 只係一d用料唔一樣, 西式會使用牛油, 中式使用既係生油, 材料自己整咩就整咩~!!!
中式加d蔥, 西式咩都唔加, 食時整d糖醬
