you should add in the gimmicks classes say,

1. multiple intelligneces in visual art

2. Mozart drawing in music

3. English drawing with phonics and chat room

find some famous teachers will need higher salary to them as some of them may need 40-50% to share your revenue.

just find some young girls to teach will not benefit to you if there will be one famous visual art centre set up nearby.

may be you can find some service providers which can provide you the course , teachers, and materials., etc. it is easy for you to set up. and more stable

set up in middle to high income group will be better as most of the low income group will not pay too muhc on this. and near the exam, they will not join..

近年柴灣區也有3-4間兒童畫室,多數開設於工業區,
可能柴灣區多空置的廠房,租金平,柴灣區人口及住宅
又多,最緊要口碑,初開始時,我看他們有人經常在旺的
地方派傳單,及有一堂免費試堂的服務,可看看小朋友
是否喜歡才報名.我姪女也試了2間畫室才報名,因現在
報讀的畫室是一堂畫圖畫一堂手工.....這樣小朋友就覺得生動些.
開幾多班同每班就要視乎你的技術能吸引多少小朋友了,
我姪女現報學畫室的哥哥姐姐,每節都有4-5個小朋友,最多收6個,
每節75-90分鐘,收380蚊4節,其他畫室的價錢也相差不多.
他們有趣的教學吸引十分多的小朋友.

淨係做兒童畫好難賺，除非你做到有d名氣，如盧峰那些...
點解咁講？因為學琴係有證書，補習成績好係有即時見到，
但畫畫只係興趣，香港來說並沒有公認的級數，
所以家長有錢的話，情願叫個仔學琴好過，
因為張cert可以幫佢報中學或大學！
平日基本上唔會有人學畫...只得星期六日會有！
假設你個舖三百呎，月租七千(呢類咁平人流唔會好多)，
裝修普通平平地，三萬，我當你自己做番唔請人，
守業一年，都要十幾萬，仲未計宣傳雜費，
收一個學生，我當你收佢三百蚊一個月，
只係計租，你都要收廿幾個學生，仲未有錢賺，
但點樣吸引到別人呢？
係選址問題，
香港人口老化都幾大問題，
要選新興的大型私人屋院，d人先有閒錢學野，
如將軍澳區，但我知o個區已經頂爛試，
你不妨試吓將軍澳一日遊，
就知賺錢有幾難。
