I got a simple body check up last month, and the ECG Diagnosis showed: Borderline ECG RAD may be associated with right ventricular hypertrophy or pulmonary embolism.
The explaination from the lab staff was very unclear.I would like to know this diagnosis means what problem of my heart? is it serious?
Please answer me in chinese.

這表示心電圖顯示右邊心室有可能發大。=一般都會是肺氣腫引致的。
還有可能肺部血管有血塊阻塞。==在香港，根本絕少有這種病。
Borderline Right Axis deviation，很不清楚，不能以此斷症。
