搵工見工擇業之問題?~

1. depends on your demand, if you want to have more spare time (eg. to study), a stable and shorter time would be better. If you want to have more money, the longer time is better.
Also, you can consider another factor, eg. work location between your home ( cause need longer transportation time and fee) , the job nature, and the career path of the job.

2. Usually, an interview would cover following questions:
-introduce yourself
-why u choose this job
-your strength and weakness
-your past experience
-how u suit this job....etc.

U can find out whether there is website of the company to find out the background of the company. It may help to to answer 'Why U choose this job'....
