The Formula is:

Arithmetic Sequence: First Term + Common Difference x (n – 1)
Geometric Sequence: First Term x Common Ratio^ (n - 1)

And this sequence is an Arithmetic Sequence.
The General Term:

-8 + 3 x (n – 1)

= -8 + 3n – 1

= -7 + 3n

I am sure it is right!!!

-8,-5,-2,1,4.....
佢o地o既common difference係3
T(n)=a+(n-1)d
so..T(n)=-8+(n-1)3
=3n-11
general term of the sequence: 3n-11
