Both calcium hydroxide solution and limewater are weak alkali.
(Bear in mind that " limewater " is one word)

Calcium hydroxide is for removing excess acid in stomach while limewater is usually for neutralising soil which is too acidic for the plants.

Also, limewater is often used for babies removing excess acid in stomach. It is because limewater is an aqueous solution while calcium hydroxide is only slightly soluble in water. Therefore limewater is more suitable for babies.
