大英百科全書 2002 版
《大英百科全書》（Encyclopædia Britannica），又稱《不列顛百科全書》，最初在英國愛丁堡出版，被認為是當今世界上最知名、最具有權威的百科全書，是世界三大百科全書之一。

This is my first time answering a qusetion, so here it is: (sorry my chinese aren't that good, so i'll answer you in English)

Those two CDs that you have are "Electrical Encyclopedia" (電子百科全書)
It suppose to have a lot of information about the History, Geography, Famous People and so on... It's very helpful when you do research or project...

-The white CD is for you to setup the program
-The green CD is for the program to load the data, which mean when you use the program, you'll have to put it this CD (Green)
