捐血一問~

其實捐血係無乜後遺症。最多都係有少少頭暈，因為身體未能適應失去的血。
所以捐完血之後要坐低小息１５分鐘，飲返杯熱野。當日亦應多補充失去的水份。

關於捐出去的血係咪冇得再製造，正確黎講，血係無代替品，即係話其他人如果失血過多，
除左輸血之外係無其他方法救到佢。
但係捐血者本身捐出去０既血，可以靠補充水份，同新陳代謝，身體會自自然然製造返出黎，
所以唔駛咁擔心。

依家科技發達，捐血０既風險可以話係近乎零，
又可以幫到人，何樂而不為？

仲有，可能係針口位會有少少瘀，但唔會痛０既，係捐完血之後，按壓針口按得不好所致，但不會有任何影響。醫護人員會給你去瘀靈或起療妥，搽幾日就散。

it is very safe for a healthy individual to repeated donate blood at 3-4 months interval

all instruments are sterile and theoretically there is very minimal risk in terms of contacting diseases compared to receiving blood and its products
also your donated blood can be separated into different components and can usually help > 1 patient with each donation

捐完血大多數都冇後遺症既,不過有D人捐完之後唔知點解會暈倒,,
捐出去的血係冇得再製造架,所以先要叫多D人捐血救人,,
其實捐出的血都有保養期,一但過左保養期,,就一定唔會用!!
你捐完血,,就會俾D餅乾飲品你食!!!補充返!
捐血之前要檢查好多野,,唔係話要捐就捐得架,,例如你血壓過低(就算低0.1都好)
都一定唔會俾你捐架!!!所以冇乜風險,,唔洗驚,,,捐血可以救好多人架!!
