I heard when British is having muffins, they will put jam and a special cream (not butter), what is that kind of cream called? Can i buy it in Hong Kong?

it is called clotted cream, very famous in the south of england, devon and cornwall.you can buy it in 'Great'

You can put cream cheese. You can buy it from Parknshop. Kraft is OK
