不良友伴,很取決於青年的個人成熟感,因為就算學校家庭如何令到青年的生活多麼充實,如果青年一定與不良份子為友,實在愛莫能助,只好家庭學校盡量教他們分清是非價值觀,解釋什麼人是對他們好什麼是想利用他們等,因為與不良友伴成為知己最後選擇的也是青年自己.

不論是兒童.青年及成人,個人的成熟感也是由生活經歷累積而來的,當然經歷會有正面和負面的,所以如果身邊的人可以在旁邊協助他們成長,與他們一起經歷成長的得失,相信會對青年的成長來得更加有幫助和正面,不然要青年在外闖蕩直至滿身傷痕才照料他,可能這時已經太遲.
3.工作:青年很多時因為低學歷及技能不足而找不到適合的工作,從而終日無所時事,所而有機會受到不法份子利用,所以建議學校讓青年讀至中5畢業, 坊間的福利機構更可以協助青年尋找適合自己的工作,例如找一些青年機構製造多些臨時職位,一來可以令接觸多些正面的人和事,另一方面在這臨時工作其間更可以輔助他想想將來的路向是怎樣走等.
