What do you think about my drawing?

That's a nice Manga sketch. The proper coloring could really make it "pop". Take a look a some of the manga stuff on Devaintart.com for some ideas. Never underestimate the effect that shading and highlights have. Great start keep up the good work.

I think her nose looks a bit off though, just slightly.

If you want to make it look better, I suggest you try shading it.

That's really good. (I could never do that...) Really.
The only thing that I would mention is that the eye kind of caves in, and that isn't realistic, even for anime/manga. :D

Oh! And some of the lines are darker than others, but that's okay.

It's pretty good. The hair and and shading is ok. I think a little more detail in the facial features as well as a background would add a lot.
