首先，我覺得你這條題目有點問題???
Amy's cat like to run.
應該寫成－－
Amy's cat likes to run.

因為cat=it, it 該用runs而不是run.

同一道理，我會選b. runs.

b. runs
因為Amy's cat是 it
另外這句不能用to-infinitive,so c is incorrect
and "running"前沒有"like"等verb,so d is also incorrect.

Amy's cat likes running .
like 唔會用 to run，一定用 " ing " forn.

要用running既話就一定要加is
