Charlene was born in Vancouver, Canada. However her family moved back to Hong Kong a year later. She currently resides in Kowloon. Her height is 5'5".
Charlene studied at a number of different institutions. She attended Marymount Secondary School, later on she attended Rosaryhill School. It is not entirely clear where she completed the rest of her schooling or ever attended post-secondary education like her Twins-partner Gillian Chung.
