一個月淢3 kg

Less 3 kg weight in one month,
I am 70kg i want to less 10 kg with in one year.
can somebody tearch how ?

唔須要咁長時間
我用左幾個月都減到
用代餐減會好有效
我朋友生完BB,就用5個月減左42磅,12吋腰
我見佢減完又無肥番
就試下佢個方法
原來真係得
我都唔係用得好正確代餐減
都減左18磅,3吋腰
連我自己的腸胃敏感問題都改善左
佢解釋我知是因為這個方法是以改善根本為主
所以一些健康問題都可以改善

Loss 3kg in a month is not difficult:
1) Exercise - Go gym / swimming / dance / yoga at least twice a week. If you do not want to spend $$, just buy an aerobics CD and practice at home. I lost 3kg within 10days by running on treadmill everyday (not less than 45mins)

2) Diet - Watch your diet carefully. Must take breakfast. Try to eat more fruits & vege. I drink a glass of lemon juice with honey before dinner (sometimes just an apple/sandwich). Your will find that you are losing weight in very short time and discover a beautiful skin.

3) Massage slimming cream (any brands) onto your target areas after shower.
