What is ``Meant to be '' means??
Why somebody uses ``Meant`` but not ``Mean``? What is the different between them??

與平時解作「表示...意思」等不同，作為動詞 (通常是被動語態) 的「Mean」另外一些意思是to design for or destine to a specified purpose or future
中文是「指定為某些目的做的」或「註定將來怎樣」。
例如：
This class is meant to teach F.5 students calculus.
這堂課是用來教中五學生微積分的。
I am meant to teach.
我是註定要當教師的。

通常用於被動句，即註定之意。
