A就係男仔,同B一齊..但係B為左A借錢買左好多野比A..好耐之前分左手
B叫A幫手還d..但係A冇理..B就話冇錢還要報警告A詐騙..咁其實事情應該係點??
-約1年前分手,3個月前要A幫手還..幾日前話要報警~

其實我都好睇唔過A,不過話晒係fd.佢為緊呢件事煩緊~咁算唔算詐騙??

我個人覺得法律上係定唔到詐騙罪, 但道德上就有, 即係睇 (A) 佢自己有冇良心, 報警係告唔入的.兩人拍拖時的付出都是心甘情願的, 點可以分手後來計得清, 當時 (B) 都有開心過架嘛.

She called him more twenty times a day during the last two months.
And e-mail all the documents to all his friends( his family or his colleague if necessary) to jude the case.
Also apply the 小額錢債 department (processing)
Unless to report to the police.
give him more pressure to return the money.

報警係冇用既. 呢d係感情糾紛.
B,第一冇借據,有借據都可以用民事索償.
詐騙係冇證據,又唔成立既,報警係唔受理.

這不是詐騙...因為當初係B自願出$買野既...A收左佢既野...只是收禮物既性質.
所以,就算B要報警..可能都唔會受理
