係泳池游水,想潛到泳池池底~
但次次都唔係好得~
一係唔到,一係好快浮起!

點樣可以潛到落泳池池底同係池底潛得耐d??

要睇吓你潛幾深...about2米只要將成個人放鬆..就可以落到去...
about4-5米就要靠手同腳既幫助落去
如果你想係池底耐d...可以選擇坐係到or面向上訓係到..
不過深水個陣就一定要靠手去keep住個位...
because個肺係有air既....佢會升番你上尼

p.s 潛完深水后唔好立刻彈上水...如果唔係.你對耳會痛到你唔識點講
最好少少,少少咁上..畢竟係有水壓既

我最深試過潛4米...係屯門swimming pool既跳水池

深呼吸之後直插落水.....落水時雙手放係兩邊
落到底之後就成個人"叔"埋..........唔好吸氣都唔好呼氣........唔好郁就得嫁啦~~~

若是2米深的泳池, 只要吸一小口氣(不要大, 因為肺部太多空氣會浮), 然後全身放鬆, 這樣便可坐在池底, 若是5米深的泳池(像維園), 由於有水壓的問題, 潛落池底是十分困難的.
閉氣能力強便可在池底耐一點, 到差不多冇氣時把肚中的氣慢慢呼出, 也可延遲上水換氣.

唔好一開始就潛
先要游15-20min 水熱身
跟住休息一陣
如果係池邊,吸一淡氣再潛入水,雙腳young牆,游水個動作細d,個口慢慢咁夫氣
咁就無咁快浮起

about diving: my experience is that I tried to take a deep breath and then I push the water backwards like (breast stroke). Your head should focus forward.... and try to push the water backward
