(a)Resolve forces along the direction along the plane
friction
= mg sin30
= (80)(0.5)
= 40N
(b)
Resolve forces perpendicular to the direction of the plane
supporting force
= mg cos30
= (80)(sqrt3/2)
= 69.3N
