游泳最佳的「帶氧運動」
要continuous做20mins既帶氧運動d脂肪先開始burn
我唔係幾記得游水一個鐘可消耗幾多kcal...不過我記得佢係消耗得最多傢

1g fat = 9 kcal

sorry for dont know how many time burn 1 g of fat....
but I know to loss fat.....you should do 30min+ cardio exercise........
better add weight training....because increase of lean muscles will increase the ability of fat burn.........

I like boxing.........because 1hour consume 600-900kcal....

I think swimming.........because the other sport will easy got sport injury if your muscles are not strong enough.........
