Evolutionists are total liars - pure and simple. They do not believe that God created the heavens, the earth and all that the exists in the world. In short, they contradict and disbelieve in creationism because they don't believe God's word.
However, disease is a result of the earth being cursed by God because of mans' sin and disobedience to God in the Garden of Eden. They are microbes that God created as part of his curse upon the earth. Pixies (in general) are mythical creatures that do not exist, though Satan does exist.
