應該係話你本身d牙會影響到隻智慧齒先岩
會頂住佢出唔到~唔夠位生會整到牙肉牙腫等等
如果你而家出左一半或者出左大部份既話
而你又冇痛冇事~咩都正常既~係唔需要脫既
如果你發現牙痛呀~有d咩唔舒服先脫都唔遲
我有隻智慧齒都冇出到黎
因為d大牙頂住左~但係我又冇病冇痛喎
so~~~個人提議係唔使脫住...睇真d先~~d牙得一隻架咋..如果隻牙係健康既話又使乜脫呢

dont worried....you can remove it after treatment....it wont be affect too much when the braces on and also wear retainer after treatment........
