我想問
九倉集團業務十分大, 有
1. 有線電視, 有線寬頻, 九倉電訊
2. 海港城, 時代廣場
3. 天星小輪, 香港電車
我應該點形容呢一種合併?
(1.) 算唔算係horizontal integration? 但電視, 寬頻同電訊又唔係同一種類 好迷惘
同埋呢一種integration有咩好處同壞處?
請高手解答

係(congleraxxx) integration,因為佢旗下既product好多都totally differ有咩好處:可以expand佢既brand name~ that means boost its reputation
on the other hand,the company can lower the risk since i-cable get loss,but other kinds of businesses' profit ma cover it~
