There are many parts may cause this problem, my suggestion is disconnect all the devices except for CPU , Memory , Motherboard , Keyboard and Monitor. Try to turn on the computer and let it run. Basically they are the core items of a standard PC and you should first make sure those parts are all working without problem before you connect any other device like harddisk drive, cd / dvd rom, display card... etc.

試下將你既display card, memory, hard drive 同 motherboard 既電線從新再插一次, 可能係電路問題
